The Amwell Ambler

On Friday 19th June, Friday 17th July and Friday 21st August take an evening heritage train ride from Wallingford to Cholsey and visit the Amwell Springs brewery tap room.  Our heritage train service from Wallingford will take you to Cholsey mainline station, where it is a 15 minute walk across the fields to the brewery taproom.   Alternatively, enjoy unlimited trips throughout the evening and enjoy your beer on the train.

 

Hourly departures from Wallingford between 17.30 and 21.30, coming back from Cholsey until 21.50.  Allow yourselves plenty of time to find your way back to the station!

 

Tickets are £10 per adult, including a souvenir glass, with accompanied children travelling for free. £1 off all real ales at Amwell Springs when you show your CWR ticket and glass.

 

A range of Amwell beers and other drinks will be available on the train.  

 

Tickets are  valid on any train and allow for unlimited travel.

Cholsey:  1750, 1850, 1950, 2050 and 2150.
